Corzine and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, I am please to inform you that Plainfield City has been approved to receive a $267,909 award from the ARRA – CSBG – Non-Discretionary program. This award will provide funds for employment services for low-income individuals at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines in Plainfield City.
